antechway.ch builds websites for Swiss dental and medical practices — current opening hours, downloadable intake forms and nLPD-compliant data handling — for CHF 990 a year, no extra cost.

01 · Why it matters

Four things generic templates miss.

01 / 04

Opening hours that are actually right

A Google listing rarely shows real opening hours or what to do in an emergency outside them. Your site shows both, always current.

02 / 04

Intake before the appointment

Forms filled out by hand in the waiting room cost real chair time. A downloadable intake form saves both sides the first ten minutes.

03 / 04

Multiple practitioners, clearly shown

General medicine, orthodontics, paediatric dentistry — patients want to know who handles what, not just call ‘the practice’.

04 / 04

Patient data is sensitive data

Any form collecting name, condition or insurance falls under a higher duty of care under Swiss data protection law (nLPD/FADP) than an ordinary contact form. Most template sites don't treat it any differently.

02 · What's included

Six things, specific to practices.

  • 01Team & specialisationsA team page showing each practitioner's focus area — not an anonymous ‘we’.
  • 02Opening hours & emergency noteA live-maintained hours block plus a clear note on what to do in an emergency outside opening hours.
  • 03Appointment request formA structured request form instead of a generic contact form, routed directly to reception.
  • 04Downloadable intake formNew patients fill it out at home, not in the waiting room.
  • 05Insurance & coverage overviewA clear list of which basic and supplementary insurance is accepted.
  • 06nLPD-compliant data collectionForms built on data-minimisation principles, not the default contact-form template.
03 · Trust & compliance

Patient data isn't ordinary contact data.

Name, condition and insurance status count as particularly sensitive personal data under Switzerland's revised Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD/FADP). We build intake and appointment forms on a data-minimisation basis — collecting only what's actually needed to schedule the visit — and document that in a privacy policy written for your practice, not a generic template.

04 · FAQ

Questions from practice owners.

01Can patients request an appointment online?
Yes, through a structured request form that goes straight to your reception. A live booking calendar with real-time availability (e.g. a Doctena integration) isn't part of the standard CHF 990 plan, but is available any time as a custom integration.
02Is the intake form nLPD-compliant?
Yes. We collect only what's needed to prepare for the appointment, and document the processing in a privacy policy written for your practice — not a generic template.
03Can we show multiple practitioners with their own profiles?
Yes — within the CHF 990 plan's six pages, a team page with multiple profiles and specialisations fits comfortably.
04What if we want to add a booking system later?
We build that as a custom integration, quoted separately — never bundled into the subscription without you asking for it.
05Can the site launch in two languages, for example German and French?
Yes. The CHF 990 plan includes two languages at launch — typically DE + EN or DE + FR — which covers most bilingual practice locations. A third language is available on request.
06How quickly can a new practice website go live?
Three weeks from brief to launch, the same timeline as every CHF 990 project. That matters most for a new practice opening or a rebrand that can't sit on a placeholder page for months.
07Does the price change after the first year?
No. Your renewal price is guaranteed in writing at CHF 990 in the first proposal — the same policy that applies to every CHF 990 subscription we run.
